Overview
This is an 8-month temporary contract position based in Madrid. We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Content Editor to join Procter & Gamble Beauty. The successful candidate will specialise in adapting, producing, and optimising social media creatives and digital content across all Beauty brands. This role is key to enhancing our online presence by creating engaging, creative, and scroll-stopping content that resonates with our audience. A strong understanding and passion for content design, Generative AI, social media trends, and digital platforms is essential. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our brand’s online presence is engaging and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation: Assist in crafting and lead in adapting digital content that leverages social media trends and innovative concepts, making them visually striking, engaging, high-performing, and accessible.
- Data-Driven Design Enhancements: Conduct real-time performance analysis and optimisation. Utilise insights derived from performance and platform trends to improve asset performance and apply learnings for future content creation.
- Social Media Trends and Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, TikTok trends, algorithms, and platform shifts, particularly within the beauty industry.
- Insights Gathering and Transparent Analysis: Collect and share insights from platform analytics with the broader team to inform transparent design and platform strategies.
- Website and Newsletter Content Design: Design and create visually appealing, user-friendly online newsletter and website content that aligns with brand messaging and visual identity. Collaborate closely with the web development team to recommend and implement new designs.
- Influencer Programme Strategy and Development: Work with regional and local market teams to develop influencer plans and strategies aligned with brand objectives and platform dynamics.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with Brand Teams to coordinate and activate influencer campaigns. Lead identification of suitable influencers, manage briefings, oversee shootings and content development, and ensure effective collaboration between influencers and Brand. Lead execution of regional events.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse influencer asset performance across markets, leveraging data insights to provide recommendations for future strategies.
- Budget Planning and Management: Develop and manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation, best-in-class stewardship, and maximising return on investment.
- Compliance and Disclosure: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, advertising regulations, and disclosure requirements. Provide guidance to influencers and brand teams to ensure legal compliance in local or regional campaigns.
- Industry Monitoring and Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing practices. Share insights and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
