Overview

We are representing a leading lifestyle brand seeking a Social Media & Content Executive to play a key role in shaping its digital presence and driving engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. This role involves managing the content calendar, creating inspiring posts and videos, and collaborating with influencers to grow brand reach and community. The successful candidate will also experiment with new formats and technologies, including AI, to keep content fresh and impactful.

Your new role

As Social Media & Content Executive, you will be pivotal in shaping the brand’s online presence and driving engagement across key platforms. This hands-on position requires managing the content calendar, creating compelling posts and videos, and collaborating with influencers to expand reach and community. You will work closely with the brand development team in a creative, fast-paced environment that values bold ideas and innovation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing the annual content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Creating authentic, trend-led short-form videos and visual content.
  • Building and nurturing influencer relationships in the UK and US.
  • Managing paid social campaigns and optimising performance for ROI.
  • Monitoring analytics and providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 2–3 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Proven success growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and influencer campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
