Manage sponsored organic content, including boosting high-performing posts, allocating budgets, and ensuring correct tracking and reporting structures are in place. - Community Management
Build, nurture and moderate active online communities. Respond to comments, messages and conversations in a timely, engaging and brand-appropriate manner. - Influencer Identification and Management
Identify relevant influencers, creators and subject matter voices that align with campaign objectives, audience strategy and brand values.
Manage outreach, contracting and briefing of influencers, ensuring expectations, deliverables and timelines are clear. - Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across all social platforms, compiling monthly reports that surface insights, learnings and recommendations. Use data to guide strategic decisions and content optimisation. - New Business Support
Collaborate with the team to develop social-led ideas, examples and case studies that strengthen pitch responses. - Channel & Trend Awareness
Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, audio trends and content formats to ensure our content remains relevant, future-focused and competitive.
At Four, we believe in fast-tracking talent and this role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and senior colleagues from day one.
