About Blink Twice
Blink Twice is a London-based branding studio helping ambitious startups unlock their story and unleash it into bold, strategic design. The studio also operates Jack of Brands, a growing platform sharing insights on creativity, branding, and entrepreneurship.
About the Role
The Social Media and Content Manager will be responsible for managing and editing content for both @jackofbrands and @blinktwice.studio. This hands-on creative role combines editing, storytelling, and strategy to build the rhythm and voice of two distinct brands—one personal and one studio. The role begins as a freelance retainer (three days per week) for 12 months, with the potential to evolve into a full-time Head of Content position as the studio grows.
Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver 7 reels and 7 carousels weekly for @jackofbrands (templates provided)
- Manage 1 daily post for @blinktwice.studio (reels, carousels, and stories)
- Create clean, engaging edits with strong pacing, captions, and on-brand typography
- Repurpose scripts and footage into finished social content
- Schedule posts, track performance, and provide monthly reports
- Research trends, hooks, and cultural moments relevant to branding and founders
- Brainstorm and develop new content ideas with the Creative Director
Requirements
- Skilled in video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or Runway
- Strong sense of design and layout for carousels and titles
- Understanding of social algorithms, engagement, and analytics
- Passion for branding, design, and entrepreneurship culture
- Bonus: Understanding of paid growth or storytelling frameworks
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Paid Trial
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a paid trial project (£40). This involves creating one reel that matches the @jackofbrands style from a short script and unedited video provided.
