Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media & AI Growth Manager to join our team at Nivo Digital. Your mission: grow followers, drive engagement, and generate enquiries for both our agency and client accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to combine creativity, strategy, and AI tools to build communities, spark conversations, and deliver measurable business results.

The position will start on a freelance basis with the opportunity to move into a full-time employed role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI-powered social media growth strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Consistently grow followers and build engaged online communities.
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, MidJourney, PhantomBuster, HeyGen) to streamline content ideation, copywriting, and automation.
  • Write compelling posts, captions, and social ad copy that resonate with audiences.
  • Manage newsletters and cold email outreach, using AI and automation tools to nurture leads and drive enquiries.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, always with a focus on driving enquiries and measurable results.
  • Analyse performance data, spot opportunities, and adjust campaigns to hit growth targets.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and social media trends, and bring new ideas to the table.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience growing and managing social media accounts (business or agency side).
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and community building.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with newsletter creation, list management, and cold email outreach.
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to adapt tone of voice.
  • Data-driven mindset – you know how to track, measure, and report on success.
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns.
  • Passion for adventure, travel, or wellbeing is an advantage.
