Social Media Coordinator

Overview
Are you early in your social media career and ready to turn creativity into impact? We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to help bring Sally Europe’s social channels to life across the UK and Central Europe. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team, supporting the delivery of social content, engaging with our community, and helping grow our channels in line with our ‘social-first’ approach.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating and coordinating content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Supporting campaign delivery across multiple European markets
- Managing community engagement, including private Facebook groups
- Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs and learning what content works best
- Spotting social trends and emerging influencers aligned to our brand
- Supporting store social media with content, toolkits and training
- Attending industry events and awards to capture social content
- Supporting the Social Media Manager with administration, purchase orders and budget tracking
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year’s experience in social media or content marketing
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Confident using Canva and creating short-form video
- Organised, creative and comfortable juggling priorities
- Great communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry
- Retail experience is a plus
- French language skills are advantageous
