The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of innovative, high-impact social and influencer strategies across a varied client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of best-in-class social and influencer campaigns
- Own strategy across platforms, ensuring optimisation for reach, engagement, and performance
- Guide and inspire the social team to produce impactful, on-brand, and culturally relevant content
- Collaborate closely with the creative studio to maintain fresh, bold ideas aligned with client objectives
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
- Analyse metrics and refine strategies to keep clients competitive in a fast-evolving digital landscape
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner
Candidate Profile
- Extensive expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO), with a proven record of scaling campaigns
- Strong experience in content strategy, capable of developing clever and compelling plans
- Confident communication and PR skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and major accounts
- A balance of creativity and commercial acumen, offering bold ideas and practical solutions
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, user behaviours, and emerging trends
- Experience within PR or marketing agencies is highly desirable
