Your Role

We are seeking a Social Media & Distribution Manager to lead the daily execution and optimisation of our social media channels. This role involves managing publishing, reporting, and community engagement to transform content into meaningful connections and measurable business results. The position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, requiring three days per week in our headquarters, so candidates should reside within commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage social publishing: Oversee day-to-day publishing across Hudl’s social accounts including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Maintain publishing calendars aligned with key brand moments and tailor content for each platform to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Track, report, and optimise: Monitor and report on social content performance, maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linking social engagement to demand generation goals, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Support campaigns and community: Collaborate with marketing managers and regional teams to align social distribution with campaign objectives and localise content. Manage community interactions including comments, direct messages, and customer issue routing to ensure active and responsive channels.
  • Maintain process and workflow: Stay informed on emerging social trends and recommend strategies to expand reach. Maintain publishing templates, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency.

Must-Haves

  • Up to 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing with a proven record managing B2C, B2B, B2B2C, and/or SaaS brand social accounts delivering measurable results.
  • Strong working knowledge of popular and emerging social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Ability to connect social engagement metrics to demand generation outcomes and use performance data to refine publishing tactics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with creators, designers, and global/regional teams.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in sports technology or marketing within B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and/or SaaS sectors.
  • HubSpot certification is strongly preferred; additional certifications in social media, community management, PR, or owned content are advantageous.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $45,000 – $75,000 USD. Starting salaries typically fall near the middle of this range. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, and education in line with internal pay equity practices.
