Position: Social Media Executive (Content & Community)

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + benefits
Location: Hybrid | London

Role Summary

The Social Media Executive (Content & Community) will balance creative content production with hands-on community engagement, helping to shape how the brand shows up every day across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

Role Highlights

• Create scroll-stopping video and static content that drives engagement and shares
• Turn campaigns, launches and live events into compelling social moments
• Write distinctive captions, scripts and reactive posts in a consistent tone of voice
• Build and manage content calendars aligned to campaign objectives
• Use social listening to identify trends and unlock timely engagement opportunities

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in a social media or content role
• Strong copywriting skills for captions, comments and short-form scripts
• Experience growing and managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok communities
• Basic short-form video editing capability (Reels/TikTok)
• A proactive, organised approach with confidence working autonomously
