About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience managing social media and influencer campaigns to join a growing fashion brand. If you love fashion, enjoy content creation, and want to grow within a creative and dynamic team, this is your chance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, visually impactful content—especially video-first formats like Reels and TikToks.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and execute creative content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Stay up to date on social trends and suggest relevant, timely content ideas.
  • Support brand photoshoots, from pulling looks to styling coordination.
  • Track social media metrics and report on performance to help optimise future campaigns.
  • Use Later.com to prepare and schedule posts; manually publish Reels and Stories as needed.
  • Handle daily community management—responding to DMs, comments, and inbox messages across Instagram and Facebook.
  • Manage influencer gifting: identify suitable creators, pitch ideas, manage relationships, and track deliverables.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to campaign strategy and ideation.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 sessions with Marketing leadership to review performance and set development goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and an intuitive feel for product, styling, and visual storytelling.
  • A commercially minded approach—understanding what drives engagement and sales.
  • Proven experience creating video content: filming, editing, and publishing across multiple platforms.
  • Confident, proactive, and unafraid to share ideas or ask smart questions.
  • Organised and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and written, with a sharp eye for detail and tone of voice.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, Outlook, Instagram, TikTok, and scheduling platforms like Later, Planoly, or Tailwind.

Benefits

  • A creative, collaborative environment where your ideas truly matter.
  • Join a team that lives by values like authenticity, collaboration, vision, and true grit.
  • Competitive salary with clear opportunities for growth and development.
