The Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will take ownership of social media efforts, ensuring a strong, engaging online presence that drives business growth across three brands. From planning to content creation and scheduling, you will lead all social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Management
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify content opportunities to ensure full and fresh content schedules every month.
  • Engage and collaborate with influencers to create effective paid content and campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
• General Marketing Support
  • Work alongside the sales and marketing team to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills and an eye for engaging content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with paid ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) is desirable.
