We are seeking a Social Media Executive to join a growing, live-music-led hospitality business based in London. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work across multiple venues, capturing and creating engaging content that tells compelling brand stories. The successful candidate will be part of an energetic and creative marketing team, contributing to the company’s social media presence and supporting its multi-site growth.

What you’ll get up to

  • Capture spontaneous content during live acts, busy services, and events using company-provided equipment
  • Create and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
  • Work closely with the Content Creator and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency
  • Support the wider social calendar while contributing fresh, creative ideas
  • Adapt tone and content style to suit different venues, audiences, and atmospheres
  • Contribute to broader brand and company culture content, including potential LinkedIn output
  • Collaborate across marketing, venue, and operations teams to bring content to life

Who you are

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests and teams in a live venue
  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and workload independently
  • Creative thinker who follows ideas through from concept to execution
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in social media, digital, or content-focused roles
  • Comfortable creating content on the fly with an eye for detail and brand tone
  • Hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential
