They are seeking a creative and commercially aware Social Media Executive to support the growth of their digital presence in these regions.

The Role

This is a hands-on opportunity for a Social Media Executive to take ownership of content creation, community engagement, and local market execution, while collaborating with wider global teams. The role offers a strong mix of strategy and execution, with the opportunity to make a real impact on audience growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Growth
    • Support the development and execution of the UK & Ireland social media strategy in line with wider business objectives.
    • Localise global content to ensure relevance for the UK audience.
    • Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and key trading periods.
  • Content Creation
    • Create and publish engaging, platform-specific content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
    • Develop visual and video content that aligns with brand positioning and resonates with the target audience.
    • Stay up to date with social trends and identify new opportunities to drive engagement and growth.
  • Community Management
    • Manage day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments and messages.
    • Build relationships with the online community to strengthen brand loyalty.
    • Support influencer and creator collaborations aligned with brand positioning.
  • Performance & Optimisation
    • Monitor and report on key social media metrics including engagement, reach, and growth.
    • Analyse performance and provide actionable insights to improve content and strategy.
    • Continuously optimise activity based on results and audience behaviour.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
  • Experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of key social platforms and current best practices.
  • Confident in content creation, including basic photography and video editing.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
