About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media & Influence Specialist to confidently manage brand channels, including planning content calendars, building engaging campaigns, analysing results, and recommending next steps. This role requires creativity, initiative, and a focus on delivering measurable impact.

The ideal candidate understands social media and influence as platforms for storytelling and community building, experiments with video formats and AI tools, and collaborates closely with HQ, performance, PR, and design teams. Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, managing local partners, and ensuring all content and activations enhance XTB’s positioning and engagement within the French market.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media and influence campaigns aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Lead creation and adaptation of content across all social channels, ensuring relevance, creativity, and compliance.
  • Manage local social media and influence agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Utilise social listening platforms (e.g. Brand24, Sprout) and content planning tools (Kontentino, Hootsuite Planner) to monitor conversations and generate insights for brand communication.
  • Track and analyse campaign results using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics; prepare reports and recommendations for the team and HQ.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance team on paid campaigns.
  • Propose and test new content formats such as polls, quizzes, live sessions, and influencer collaborations; explore AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) to streamline daily work.
  • Work with designers and UX teams in Figma, providing feedback and ensuring creative consistency across social content.
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives by integrating social and influencer insights into overall strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in social media and/or influence marketing, with independent planning and execution of organic campaigns (agency experience is advantageous; paid campaign experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate clearly with managers, peers, and cross-functional teams (PR, Paid, CRM).
  • Communication-level English (B2) and native-level French.
  • Proactive ownership of projects, making confident content and campaign decisions.
  • Ability to bring new ideas and recommend optimisation strategies.
  • Proficient in social and marketing tools such as Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Kontentino, Brand24.
  • Comfortable using Figma for commenting, proposing adjustments, and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Skilled in creating and editing video content using CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar tools, with a good understanding of short-form video trends.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI for research, drafting, and data synthesis, with openness to testing new tools.
  • Interest or knowledge in investments and trading is a bonus, or willingness to learn the basics quickly.
