About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Lead to shape and grow our organic presence across TikTok and Instagram. This is an exciting opportunity to define the brand’s voice, content direction, and community engagement strategy for one of the UK’s fastest-growing personal care and wellness brands.
You’ll lead the charge on storytelling and cultural connection — crafting authentic, social-first content that inspires, educates, and entertains while building an engaged community that truly loves what we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand advocacy across TikTok and Instagram.
- Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity to ensure a consistent and recognisable presence online.
- Create and oversee the production of scroll-stopping video, Reels, and UGC-style content tailored to platform trends.
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and community members to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
- Monitor platform trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage and grow a passionate online community — responding to comments, messages, and cultural moments in real time.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and optimise content performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and product teams to align campaigns with wider business goals.
About You
- 3–5+ years’ experience managing and growing social channels for a D2C lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brand.
- Proven success in developing viral or high-performing TikTok and Instagram campaigns.
- A natural storyteller with a strong sense of brand voice and aesthetic.
- Hands-on content creator comfortable shooting, editing, and producing short-form videos.
- Deep understanding of social culture, trends, and influencer ecosystems.
- Confident with analytics tools and performance tracking to guide strategy.
- Collaborative and proactive — excited to experiment, learn, and lead with creativity.
