Overview
A leading medically led private clinic is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and elevate its digital presence. This part-time role (2–3 days per week) is fully on-site and offers a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 pro rata.
About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social platforms, ensuring all material is polished, compliant, and reflective of a premium patient experience. This is a hands-on creative role within a clinical environment, ideal for someone confident in filming, editing, and shaping a brand narrative with care.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following backgrounds:
- Medispa
- Medical aesthetics
- Private healthcare clinic
- Private surgical or cosmetic surgery environment
- Boutique, independent medical or wellness provider
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a clear social media content strategy
- Capture and create high-quality video and visual content in-clinic
- Manage posting, engagement, and community interaction
- Ensure all content meets advertising and healthcare compliance guidelines
- Analyse performance and optimise content for growth and enquiries
Skills & Experience
- Proven social media management experience in a regulated or clinical setting
- Strong content creation skills, with a video-first approach
- Confident working closely with clinicians and patient-facing teams
- Professional, organised, brand-aware, and discreet
Working Pattern
- 2–3 days per week
- On-site for content creation and collaboration
