Focus 5 Recruitment are seeking a Social Media Manager for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital brand based in the UK. Role Summary

As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and owning the social media strategy across multiple platforms. Your role will focus on driving revenue through social media, managing campaigns, and supporting the growth of ecommerce sites across various brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of social media executives, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to increase organic follower growth, expand reach, and improve engagement.
• Lead the creation and curation of dynamic content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with different departments to provide strategic recommendations and stay updated on social media trends.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
• Design and lead the execution of the influencer marketing strategy, taking full responsibility for its success.

Experience and Skills Required

• Proven ability to grow social media channels and scale brands strategically, beyond content creation and platform management.
• Track record of delivering successful social media and influencer campaigns with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience managing key social platforms, including content creation and performance tracking.
• Experience working with influencers to drive brand engagement.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in video editing and photography to create visually compelling content that drives engagement.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, office-based role located just outside Blackburn, with a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of three days in the office. The company offers first-class office facilities and a motivated team rewarded with team nights out and fully expensed overseas trips.

Salary and Location

• Position: Social Media Manager
• Location: Blackburn – Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)
• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits
