About the Role
We are looking for a structured and commercially minded Social Media Manager to lead Zippe’s digital narrative. This role involves more than posting content; it requires building a commercially-driven social media strategy that converts followers into customers. The successful candidate will blend creativity with planning, managing content across key platforms while ensuring measurable impact aligned with business priorities.
The Social Media Manager will report to the Head of Brand and Marketing and form a vital part of the wider operational management team. Responsibilities include supporting brand consistency, storytelling, social engagement, and delivering measurable returns on social media activity. This practical role suits someone who combines creativity with discipline, understands regulated service environments, and balances engagement with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured social media plan aligned with business growth priorities.
- Create and manage content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice reflecting Zippe’s values and safeguarding standards.
- Support driver recruitment campaigns through targeted social media activity.
- Manage paid social campaigns within agreed budgets and monitor performance.
- Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the Head of Brand and Marketing.
- Monitor online feedback and respond appropriately to protect and enhance Zippe’s reputation.
- Ensure all published content aligns with safeguarding expectations and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align social media messaging with operational and commercial activity.
