About the Role
We’re working exclusively with a creative, fast-growing marketing agency that specialises in hospitality, events, education, lifestyle, and tech brands. They are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to take the lead on social strategy and execution across a diverse hospitality and events client portfolio, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and venues.
This is an ideal opportunity for a social media professional with strong client-facing experience and a passion for delivering bold, engaging digital campaigns in the hospitality sector.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to hospitality and event clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication, feedback, and approvals
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with visual creators to produce high-quality photo and video content
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and reviews
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Track performance metrics and deliver regular reporting and insights
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
What They’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Experience in agency environments or managing multiple client accounts
- Strong background in hospitality, events, or lifestyle marketing
- Excellent platform knowledge: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Confident with content calendar management, copywriting, and brand storytelling
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Later, Planoly, or Buffer
- Experience running paid social campaigns and tracking results
- Organised, deadline-driven, and creatively proactive
Bonus Skills
- Influencer outreach and partnership management
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Experience covering live events through social media
