  • SOCIAL CONTENT DEVELOPMENT: Lead the creation of new social media content, organise brainstorms, and ensure alignment with brand tone and best practices.
  • SOCIAL EDITORIAL PROCESS: Manage the monthly content planning process to support business objectives and maintain brand consistency.
  • COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: Develop and publish organic content while managing community responses on social media.
  • ANALYTICS AND REPORTING: Conduct quarterly reporting on engagement metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • TRENDS: Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative ways to connect with consumers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Relevant work experience or related internships.
  • Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social media insights tools and analytics.
  • Creative skills in social graphics and knowledge of social management tools.
  • Cooking experience or food knowledge is a plus.
