Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our digital presence. This role involves creating engaging content, interacting with our online community, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote PizzAmmore Napoli. The successful candidate will focus on building a loyal online following, increasing brand awareness, and driving foot traffic to our pizzeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Create visually compelling content including photography, videos, graphics, and captions that highlight our food, atmosphere, and culture.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure content reflects current menu items, promotions, and seasonal specials.
• Engage actively with the online community by responding promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
• Monitor social media trends and customer feedback to maintain relevance and responsiveness.
• Promote seasonal menu items, special events, and in-store promotions through social media channels.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep the audience engaged and informed.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in social media management.
• Strong content creation skills including photography, videography, and graphic design; experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, and current content trends.
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop fresh ideas that capture attention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A passion for food, culture, and authentic pizza is desirable.
• Creative, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends.
