Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join DASH, a market-leading healthy soft drinks brand based in London, England. This full-time, hybrid remote role offers the opportunity to lead and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, helping to build DASH as a household name across Europe.

About DASH

DASH is at the forefront of a new wave of healthy soft drinks, using wonky fruit to create tasty waters with no sugar or sweeteners. Job Role

The Social Media Manager will own DASH’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, driving cultural relevance, visual storytelling, and authentic engagement. Reporting to the Head of Brand and working within the brand and creative team, this role is key to establishing DASH as a leading drinks brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve and refine social media and content strategy, ensuring effective execution plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to develop content balancing lifestyle, product, and cultural moments.
  • Curate and manage DASH’s Instagram grid to create premium, aspirational first impressions.
  • Drive TikTok strategy by embracing cultural risks, trends, and authentic conversations.
  • Translate brand campaigns and product launches into consumer-first social content.
  • Identify cultural moments and define DASH’s presence accordingly.
  • Edit and deliver photo and video content to maintain dynamic and engaging channels.
  • Manage community engagement, championing DASH’s tone of voice and personality.
  • Work closely with the growth team to maximise synergies between organic content and paid ads.
  • Track KPIs, report performance, and optimise social media activities.

What This Role Isn’t

  • Focused on organic Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts only; does not include paid ads, growth marketing, or conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Not responsible for customer service over social channels.

Requirements

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing social media and content for lifestyle, fashion, or food & drink brands.
  • Backgrounds from brand, agency, or freelance environments are welcome.
  • Strong visual and editorial judgement with a portfolio of lifestyle grids and campaign launches.
  • Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including what content performs well.
  • Ability to spot and react to cultural trends with examples of successful reactive content.
  • Confident leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally with creatives, brand, and external partners.
