Overview
This is a genuinely interesting opportunity to take full ownership of social media for a growing medical business that is actively trying to break the mould in a traditionally “old-school” sector. You will be part of a small, hands-on digital marketing team and responsible for shaping and delivering the social media strategy across both B2B and B2C channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
The focus is on high-quality, creative content. You will be filming, editing, and publishing video-led social content that educates, engages, and helps position the brand as a market leader. The role also offers exposure to partnerships with professional sports teams and athletes, providing unique content opportunities not commonly found in social media roles.
If you enjoy autonomy, are confident in front of the camera, and want to do something genuinely different with social media, this role is for you.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a hands-on social media role
- Strong experience managing both B2B and B2C social channels
- Confidence filming and editing video content end-to-end
- Working knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or After Effects
- A proven track record of growing social channels and audiences
- Confidence leading on content ideas and social strategy, not just execution
- Bonus points for enjoying working with people, attending events, and capturing content live rather than sitting behind a desk all day
Benefits
Depending on your level of experience, there is a salary on offer of up to £35,000. This is an excellent opportunity to own social media end-to-end, not just posting content. It is ideal for social media marketers seeking plenty of autonomy and creative freedom.
