Overview

A global premium brand is seeking an exceptional Social Media Manager to drive a significant step change in its social media presence. This is a senior, hands-on role working directly with a luxury brand’s in-house content studio. The position is fully remote for two days a week.

The Role

You will work closely with the global communications team, focusing on planning, publishing, optimisation and insight beyond content production. The role requires operating at a senior level, presenting confidently, challenging constructively and progressing work proactively. Extensive experience with luxury brands and global markets, ideally including the USA and Asia, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and strategic thinker with knowledge and gravitas.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning
  • Build rolling 3-month forward plans aligned to brand priorities, campaigns and key moments
  • Shape content narratives and copy direction in collaboration with internal teams
  • Ensure plans are clearly documented and ready to share with local markets
Publishing and Channel Management
  • Publish and optimise content across priority global channels including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Support exploration and optimisation of key Asian social platforms
Community Management
  • Monitor comments, messages, tags and mentions on a daily basis
  • Flag priority issues or conversations to the global team
Reporting and Insight
  • Deliver clear monthly performance reports and present internally on what is working, what isn’t and why
  • Provide practical recommendations to improve reach, engagement and effectiveness
  • Share proactive insight on competitor activity, platform trends and emerging formats
