Overview

Title Pro Ltd is a creative media agency specialising in video, branding and social media for brands, businesses, councils and public figures. We work on exciting, fast-moving projects and pride ourselves on creating content that performs, not just content that looks nice.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Manager to oversee and enhance our online presence as well as the social channels of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand identities, build online communities, and connect with diverse audiences through innovative, strategy-led digital content. You’ll be involved in everything from concept and planning through to filming, editing, scheduling and reporting. No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational and client goals
  • Support the planning and delivery of paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Create, curate and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Plan and manage content calendars for multiple clients
  • Film and create content on-site during client content days
  • Edit content and schedule it for both Title Productions and our clients
  • Monitor social media channels, campaigns and paid ads for comments, messages and engagement opportunities, responding promptly and professionally
  • Analyse social media metrics and insights to assess performance and optimise future content
  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing and in-house videographers, photographers and wider creative team
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices

Mandatory Requirements

You must have:

  • A portfolio showcasing previous work (successful clients required)
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • A good understanding of paid social media ads
  • Experience creating and maintaining social media campaigns
  • Strong Canva skills with solid design ability
  • Ability to create both graphics and strategy-led content
  • Confidence juggling multiple client accounts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English
  • A proactive mindset with pride in your work
  • Passion for storytelling, branding and content performance

Bonus (not mandatory)

  • Adobe Photoshop experience (this can also be taught in-house)

£25,000 – £30,000 per year with clear opportunities for:
