Overview
This is a fully remote position available for candidates based in Spain or Italy. As a Social Media Manager (gn) at ESN, you will be responsible for managing the brand’s social media strategy in the Italian and Spanish markets. You will strengthen our presence on social media and play a key role in developing and executing effective social media strategies.
Your Mission
- Plan, implement, and analyse social media strategies across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for the Spanish and Italian markets.
- Develop creative and engaging content that reflects the ESN brand identity and resonates with target audiences in Spain and Italy.
- Collaborate closely with the international team and local partners to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Analyse the performance of social media campaigns and derive actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Maintain consistency of ESN’s brand message across all social media channels, keeping the audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns.
- Build and grow social media accounts for the Spanish and Italian markets, ensuring active community engagement.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in social media marketing, with proven success managing social media campaigns for brands (preferably in FMCG or sports nutrition).
- Strong understanding of key social media platforms and tools, with the ability to create content appealing to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in social media data analysis and using insights to optimise strategies continuously.
- Team player with experience working cross-functionally and familiarity with the specifics of the Italian and Spanish markets.
- Fluent in both Spanish and Italian.
