Social Media Manager – Hybrid Job

UEX.US is a rapidly expanding cryptocurrency exchange prioritising accessibility, speed, and comprehensive product offerings. Our platform provides crypto trading, fiat on/off ramps, savings APYs, loans, and more. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to maintain active, engaging, and competitive social channels as we scale aggressively.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager capable of producing and publishing a high volume of quality content daily across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crypto culture, proficiency with AI content production tools, and the ability to create posts that drive engagement and conversions.

This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing Team Lead, Graphic Designer, and Video/Motion Designer to implement content plans, campaigns, and daily publishing. The focus is on content creation and posting at speed, rather than managing all aspects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish 10–30 content pieces daily across platforms including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and Reddit
• Produce content using AI and creative tools
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team Lead on strategy, campaign plans, content calendars, and promotions
• Work with Graphic and Video/Motion Designers to generate branded visuals and animations
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips and social highlights
• Design quick-format visuals when needed (memes, screenshots, UI snippets, simple charts)
• Write captions, hooks, calls to action, and tagging strategies
• Monitor crypto narratives, trends, memes, and news to react in real time
• Track performance metrics and optimise content for engagement and growth
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Maintain and update content scheduling systems

Required Skills

• Strong short-form copywriting skills
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway
• Basic design and editing skills
• Understanding of crypto and fintech language and culture
• Familiarity with platforms including X, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Discord, and Telegram
• Fast production mindset with ability to post at volume
• Good communication skills and ability to follow strategic direction

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing social accounts in crypto, fintech, or finance sectors
• Understanding of growth mechanics for TikTok and Reels
• Familiarity with Reddit posting culture
• Ability to create educational threads and carousel posts

Compensation

• £1,200–£2,000 per month depending on experience and performance (approximate conversion from $1,500–$2,500)
