Social Media Manager (m/w/d) Für Icon League

Overview

FC PLYRS UNITED and the ICON League are seeking a Social Media Manager (m/w/d) on a student basis to support our media team. If you live and breathe social media, recognise trends before they go viral, and understand which content performs best, this role offers the opportunity to take sport and entertainment digital presence to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Planning, managing and publishing content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms
• Creating editorial plans around match days, challenges and events
• Analysing performance metrics and deriving optimisation measures
• Developing new social media formats and creative campaign ideas
• Working closely with videographers, editors and the content team
• Community management and interaction with our audience

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled student (e.g. media, marketing, communication, sports management or similar)
• Experience in social media management (private or professional)
• Confident use of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and common tools
• Keen sense for trends, viral mechanisms and platform-appropriate communication
• Analytical understanding of reach, engagement and growth
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Passion for sport, entertainment and digital brand environments
