About the Job

We are seeking a Social Media Manager focused on Tether’s technology products and events. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing social media campaigns and community growth strategies to support product launches, engagement, education, and global user outreach. The successful candidate will also be encouraged to use AI tools to generate creative content ideas and concepts for internal review and ideation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and audience needs.
• Create, edit, and publish content across platforms such as X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and distribution plans in coordination with global marketing and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to communicate updates, new features, and benefits of Tether products.
• Work with partners, influencers, and community leaders to drive awareness and trust.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement, growth, and reach, and report campaign results to senior stakeholders.
• Adapt messaging for clarity, cultural relevance, and brand consistency.
• Use AI tools to brainstorm content ideas, visuals, and messaging frameworks to enhance campaigns (ideas only, not for final publication).

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally within fintech or technology sectors.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish language skills are a bonus.
• Proven ability to grow and engage online communities across multiple social platforms.
• Skills in content creation including copywriting and basic graphics or multimedia (images, GIFs, short videos).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and cross-team coordination.
• Autonomous, self-starter attitude; able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
• Basic understanding of Bitcoin, stablecoins, and blockchain products is preferred.
• Familiarity or willingness to use AI tools to generate creative social media concepts.
