We encourage you to bring your authentic self to work, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

Job Requirements

We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience and skills. If you do not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

  • 5-6 years of experience in social media.
  • Proven experience leading social strategy for a global brand, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Strong background in multi-channel content production (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X).
  • Demonstrated success using data and insights to grow reach, engagement, and influence.
  • Experience managing creative production including video, short-form content, graphics, and employer brand content.
  • Deep familiarity with social best practices, channel algorithms, audience behaviour, and trends.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with social management, analytics, and AI-powered creative tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed, global organisations.

Job Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Performance
  • Own and manage HiBob’s global organic social strategy across all channels.
  • Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned to brand priorities, campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments.
  • Lead HiBob’s employee advocacy programme, including content planning, enablement, and optimisation to expand reach and strengthen the company’s social footprint.
  • Partner with community leadership to ensure social plays a central role in activating and engaging audiences.
  • Ensure tracking, reporting, and insights flow seamlessly through analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Monitor performance and optimise consistently, using data to guide iteration.
  • Run structured post-mortems to capture learnings and improve future content and channel decisions.
Creative & Content Production
  • Oversee the creation and production of social-first creative assets, including short-form video, motion, graphics, copy, and multimedia posts.
  • Collaborate with designers, video producers, and content managers to deliver high-quality, high-velocity social assets.
  • Manage content calendars, production timelines, and publishing workflows to ensure flawless execution.
  • Leverage AI and creative automation tools to increase speed, consistency, and scale in content creation.
  • Ensure every asset reflects HiBob’s brand voice, tone, aesthetics, and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Localise global campaigns for social, partnering closely with regional teams to maximise resonance in each market.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including People & Culture and the Executive team, to fuel participation in the employee advocacy programme and ensure alignment with broader company initiatives.
  • Support product launches, employer brand initiatives, customer programmes, and leadership visibility efforts.
  • Share insights and trends with internal stakeholders, informing content opportunities and broader marketing strategy.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to protect brand consistency and prevent brand violations across social.
