You will shape the social voice, lead content output across X, Instagram, and Telegram, and turn real-time moments across sports, markets, and global culture into high-impact stories that drive engagement, community activity, and commercial results. What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy and Momentum
- Develop and deliver social strategies that keep the brand ahead of cultural, sports, gaming, and crypto trends.
- Ensure all channels become the primary destination for new offers, campaigns, and brand moments.
- Maintain a fast, reactive, meme-ready social tone that aligns with audience expectations.
Content and Community
- Create high-impact posts, memes, clips, and real-time commentary that drive sharing and conversation.
- Translate product launches, offers, giveaways, and predictions into native platform content.
- Keep Telegram, Discord, and wider communities active, energetic, and aligned with the brand’s personality.
- Turn real-time moments—sports wins, market movements, cultural shifts—into stories that generate clicks, chats, and conversions.
Creators and Collaborations
- Partner with streamers, creators, meme pages, and KOLs to produce high-engagement collaborative content.
- Design and run meme challenges, contests, and community activations that fuel organic growth.
- Balance creative impact with measurable performance outcomes.
Insights and Innovation
- Track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics to optimise strategy and content decisions.
- Share performance insights, viral learnings, and upcoming opportunities each week.
- Experiment rapidly, test new approaches, and evolve content formats to stay ahead of competitors.
Collaboration and Culture
- Identify emerging trends before they peak and activate ideas ahead of the market.
- Work closely with marketing, product, CRM, and creative partners to align messaging and campaigns.
- Bring energy, ownership, and cultural awareness to the team’s workflow.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing social for gaming, sports, crypto, or entertainment brands.
- Track record of growing multi-platform accounts with high engagement and cultural relevance.
- Strong understanding of sports betting, casino marketing, and prediction platforms.
- Crypto-native perspective with fluency in Web3 trends, meme culture, and digital communities.
- Creative copywriting skills with the ability to shift between playful, meme-driven content and clear promotional messaging.
- Experience managing calendars, campaigns, and reporting workflows.
- Strong cross-functional communication abilities.
