This role involves setting strategy, driving channel growth, and delivering excellence across organic and paid social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Champion a video-first content strategy and manage social media calendars.
- Build a social-first culture and develop toolkits and training for Travel Counsellors.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate and optimize social media efforts.
Experience & Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in social media management with a focus on brand and community growth.
- Expertise in content strategy, audience growth, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with major social media platforms and tools.
