Overview
As a Social Creative, you’ll bring that mission to life online, shaping narratives, experimenting with formats, and creating standout content that pushes brands beyond the ordinary. This role sits within an independent creative agency renowned for shaping brand strategy and delivering award-winning integrated campaigns for some of the UK’s best-known names.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop fresh, social-first creative concepts that align with brand voices and campaign goals.
- Spot and adapt emerging trends into brand-relevant, scroll-stopping content.
- Write engaging, platform-specific copy and collaborate with designers/videographers to bring ideas to life.
- Partner with strategists and account managers to ensure content is strategically sharp and culturally relevant.
- Contribute to pitches and proposals with creative concepts, mood boards, and campaign narratives.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in a social creative role (agency or brand-side) with a strong portfolio.
- Skilled in ideation, concept writing, and delivering culturally resonant campaigns.
- Proficient with design and editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Deep understanding of platform nuances across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and more.
- Strong communicator with the ability to sell and present ideas internally and to clients.
Desirable
- Creative concept development, cultural trend-spotting, copywriting, cross-platform storytelling.
What’s on Offer
- Day Rate/Annual pro rata: £200–300 per day // £36K pro rata.
- 2 days remote & 3 days a week in the office Tuesdays-Thursdays 9am-5:30pm.
