We are seeking a Social Media Manager for a reputable company specialising in cryptocurrency market capitalisations, pricing, and information. The company, based in the United States, provides accurate and up-to-date data to millions of individuals, organisations, and exchanges worldwide.

Candidate Requirements

The minimum requirements for candidates to be considered for this role are:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a Social Media Manager role
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media posts and campaigns
  • Previous experience in the crypto industry (e.g., Tokens, DeFi, Crypto Exchanges, Meme Coins)
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as SproutSocial, Google Analytics, Monday.com, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively
  • Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor, or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Language requirements: Fluent or native English
  • Based in Europe or Dubai is highly preferred due to co-worker locations and meeting times (team is distributed across America, Europe, and SEA/East Asia)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s social media platforms including Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, and others
  • Engage with the company’s social community in online conversations about services
  • Develop unique and engaging social media ideas and campaigns
  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and target audiences
  • Track performance metrics, measure campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation
  • Grow existing social channels, identify new platform opportunities for expansion, and detect potential issues
  • Strategise and coordinate social media distribution of new research reports published daily and new product releases
  • Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels
