With a dedicated team of over 80 employees, AMPELMANN GmbH develops, designs and sells a diverse range of more than 600 products – from design and lifestyle items to customised special editions.
In addition to our six AMPELMANN shops in Berlin – located in the Hackesche Höfe, at the Berliner Dom, Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden (with café), Hauptbahnhof and Tacheles – our e-commerce business is steadily growing. Position: Social Media Manager (m/w/x)

Responsibilities
- Managing AMPELMANN social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)
- Leading the editorial calendar
- Developing and producing content together with the AMPELMANN creative team as well as utilising existing materials
- Continuously creating new content and ideas for AMPELMANN social media channels
- Networking the channels
- Monitoring and preparing reports
- Community management
- Communicating with external service providers
- Point of contact for press enquiries and organising press appointments
- Close collaboration with colleagues from online marketing, design and sales
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in content and community management with Facebook and Instagram, ideally also with other social media channels
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Completed studies in marketing, communications, PR or a comparable field desirable
- Sound knowledge of various social media channels and their use and impact
- Passion for social media, creative writing and a varied working environment
- Photoshop skills desirable
- High level of commitment and enthusiasm
- Responsibility, independence and enjoyment of teamwork
- Confident spelling and a good sense of language
- Organised and structured working style
