Overview
Enlighten Supply Pool is seeking a part-time Social Media Executive to join a Football Academy based in North West London (HA1, Harrow, Greater London). This role involves filming, editing, and managing engaging football-related social media content. The position offers approximately 10 hours per week, including up to 4 hours of evening filming, with a competitive hourly rate of £15–£20 depending on experience.
About the Role
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for capturing and creating dynamic content that showcases match action, behind-the-scenes moments, players, training sessions, and fan engagement. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about filming and editing, knowledgeable about social media trends, and skilled in producing video content that resonates with football supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Filming & Capture
Attend scheduled filming sessions (evening sessions 1–2 days per week for up to 4 hours).
Capture video content of matches, training, club activities, player features, and off-pitch moments. - Editing & Production
Edit footage into engaging short-form videos suitable for Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
Add graphics, music, captions, and branding where appropriate. - Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and post content on club social channels.
Manage day-to-day social activity, including captions, hashtags, and posting formats.
Monitor platform performance and assist in growing online audiences. - Creative Contribution
Propose fresh creative ideas for new formats, challenges, features, and fan engagement content.
Stay up-to-date with emerging football content trends and social media best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Experience filming and editing video content for social media.
- Proficient with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, Final Cut, or similar.
- Familiarity with major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Creative mindset with an eye for football storytelling and trends.
- Ability to work independently, organise time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Appreciation for football culture and understanding of fan engagement.
