The Role
We are seeking a confident and outgoing Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The role focuses on producing engaging, short-form content for TikTok and Instagram, offering a unique opportunity to build your personal brand, gain exposure to professionals in leading firms, and work closely with a dynamic startup in the careers sector.
Role Overview
This position involves creating dynamic, on-camera content including street-style interviews with professionals in Canary Wharf and the City of London, as well as studio-style videos explaining finance careers and demonstrating how Commence is used. Candidates should be comfortable approaching people, asking questions, and presenting confidently on camera.
Responsibilities
- Record short-form video content including interviews, talking-head, POV, and social formats
- Conduct street-style interviews with professionals about their roles and career paths
- Present finance and careers content in a clear, engaging, and approachable manner
- Help promote Commence by showcasing real use cases and product features
- Collaborate with the team on content ideas aligned with brand messaging
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
- Represent the Commence brand in a confident, professional, and friendly manner
Ideal Candidate
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to new people
- Comfortable being on camera and presenting
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in finance, careers, or social media
- Based in London or able to travel to Canary Wharf / City (travel expenses covered)
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram content trends
- Organised and able to work independently
Previous content creation experience is advantageous but not essential.
