Overview
Annoushka is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Executive to join their team in Central London on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves creating and delivering engaging, social-first content and supporting brand activation across digital channels and real-world experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in a fast-paced, creative environment.
About the Role
The Social Media & Marketing Executive will play a key role in growing Annoushka’s social media presence and supporting wider brand marketing, PR, and events activities. This position requires a passion for social media, a strong eye for content, and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit brand team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media (Primary Focus)- Help define the social media calendar and own day-to-day execution
- Create engaging, social-first content for Annoushka’s social channels, including native content in studio, boutiques and events
- Produce assets using tools such as Canva, ensuring all content is polished and on-brand
- Write thoughtful, engaging captions and short-form copy reflecting Annoushka’s tone of voice
- Schedule, publish and monitor content to ensure accuracy, on-brand messaging and high standards
- Support community management and social conversations
- Stay informed of trends, formats and platform best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team
- Communicate the look, feel and tone of Annoushka across all brand touchpoints
- Project manage content creation requirements, including photoshoots and creative production
- Assist with copywriting for social media, email campaigns and website content
- Provide day-to-day support for the PR agency, including communication, co-ordination and follow-up
- Manage product call-ins, tracking and organisation
- Support planning and delivery of client events and boutique activations
- Assist with event logistics such as guest lists, RSVPs, schedules and materials
- Provide general marketing and brand team support including coordination, timelines and administration
- Coordinate briefs to internal and external stakeholders ensuring high-quality final outputs
What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience in social media, content or brand marketing (in-house or agency)
- A genuine passion for luxury brand storytelling and social media
- A strong understanding of social content and platform requirements
- A creative eye and confidence in creating and capturing content
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills, with confidence managing timelines, stakeholders and approval processes
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
