About the Role:
Novikov Restaurant & Bar—home to two acclaimed dining concepts and a stylish lounge—seeks a creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to own all brand communications across digital and print. From shaping campaign strategy to producing compelling visual assets, you’ll elevate Novikov’s profile and help keep the venue one of London’s most celebrated dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and print outlets
• Create high-impact visual content—photography, short-form video, graphics—for daily posts, campaigns, and promotions
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with seasonal menus, events, and brand partnerships
• Source, brief, and manage designers, photographers, and videographers when additional assets are required
• Drive community engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and reviews in Novikov’s tone of voice
• Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, bookings uplift) and produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including printed collateral and in-house signage
• Collaborate with Operations and Events teams to amplify in-venue activations and private-dining experiences

Skills & Experience:

• Proven success managing social and marketing for hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands
• Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro) and/or Canva for rapid content turnaround
• Creative flair for photography, videography, and graphic design—keen eye for detail and composition
• Excellent time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and campaigns
• Data-savvy with experience translating platform analytics into optimisation strategies
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow with a high-profile Mayfair venue
