Our seven hotels are located across Brandenburg, Lower Saxony, Saxony, and Thuringia. We are seeking a Social Media & Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to join our central team in the heart of Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Launch, develop, test and maintain three new websites as part of the team
• Strengthen and ensure direct sales
• Manage, expand and monitor various social media channels
• Create content and produce videos on-site at the hotels for social media
• Plan, independently implement and control SEM and SEO measures
• Serve as the online contact person for all seven AHORN Hotels & Resorts
• Brief and coordinate various online agencies
• Create newsletters, reporting and analysis for both B2B and B2C sectors
• Prepare, analyse and evaluate reports and ensure tracking accuracy

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Class B driving licence and willingness to undertake regular business travel
• Strong affinity for the internet and a keen interest in online media
• Excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, analytical and conceptual working style, and a team player
• Very good PC skills
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
