Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Strategist to lead our social media presence, drive influencer partnerships, and grow our community. The successful candidate will develop and execute social media strategies, manage influencer outreach campaigns, build affiliate and referral programmes, and engage with our online audience to support brand growth and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, create, and schedule content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
    • Grow organic reach, engagement, and follower base through creative campaigns and trend-based content.
    • Analyse performance metrics and optimise content strategies accordingly.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
    • Identify, outreach to, and build relationships with relevant influencers and creators.
    • Manage influencer campaigns from negotiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
    • Develop and scale affiliate and referral programmes to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Community Management
    • Engage daily with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture conversations to build a loyal community.
    • Monitor brand sentiment and feedback, escalating issues where necessary.
    • Collaborate closely with customer support and marketing teams to maintain a positive brand experience.
  • Campaign Planning & Reporting
    • Work with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and product initiatives.
    • Report on campaign performance, influencer ROI, and community growth.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience running influencer outreach and affiliate/referral campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and growth tactics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, strategic thinker comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in healthtech, wellness, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with paid social and performance marketing.
  • Existing network of influencers or creators.
