We design and deliver remarkable experiences for demanding brands and institutions, including the Opéra de Paris, Festival de Cannes, AFD, Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Fondation de France, Givaudan, France Parkinson, Les Premiers Secours en Santé mentale, Puig and Les Indés Radios.
Your Responsibilities
Bronx, particularly its Social Media and Brand Strategy division, is in a growth phase; your role will be essential to accelerate and sustain this momentum.
Strategy (40%)- Define global social media strategies in collaboration with the Social Media Director.
- Develop effective content strategies aligned with brand strategies or build strong and coherent editorial lines.
- Identify and analyse insights using data to inform strategies.
- Develop effective influencer strategies supporting brand objectives.
- Identify social media opportunities and trends.
- Participate in social media-related tenders.
- Contribute to the development and visibility of the division and the agency.
- Conceive formats and coordinate the production of creative content in close collaboration with the studio, agency experts, content creators and partners, ensuring compliance with platform best practices.
- Act as social media manager overseeing daily operations: monitoring, client relations, campaign and collaboration management, supervising editorial calendars, reporting and associated learnings.
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns is a plus (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
Your Profile
- At least 5 years’ solid experience in social media management, content and social media strategy within a communication agency.
- Excellent mastery of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.) with proven success in growing a brand or institution on social media.
- Comfortable with both storytelling and KPIs, proficient in analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meetricool, Swello).
- Strategic mindset combined with strong organisational and operational rigour.
- Ability to brief, manage and lead teams of creatives and freelancers.
- Strong persuasion skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and stakeholders (colleagues, influencers, clients) simultaneously.
- Confident communicator, both written and oral, with excellent spelling in French and English.
- Bonus: experience in the culture or luxury sectors.
Practical Information
- Status: Permanent contract (CDI).
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Salary: Dependent on experience, starting from €40,000.
