Hasbro UK Ltd is seeking a Social Content Intern to join the Marketing Creative Studio within the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) department. This internship is based in London, UK, and offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating social media content for leading global brands. Position: Social Content Intern

The Marketing Creative Studio (MCS) is Hasbro’s global creative team responsible for delivering insight-led, high-impact creative across the company’s portfolio. The Social Content team creates engaging content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, producing trend-driven and campaign-worthy social media assets.

This internship is ideal for a culturally aware, creatively driven individual passionate about social media trends and content creation. The intern will support content development across Hasbro’s owned channels, collaborating with Creators, Channel Managers, and the Creative Director.

Internship Experience

Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program provides a comprehensive view of how a global entertainment company operates, with meaningful projects and professional development opportunities. Interns are embedded within teams, contributing to real business priorities while participating in networking, leadership engagement, and learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support creation of platform-specific brand content across TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms, under guidance from Senior Creators
  • Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions
  • Assist with social-first content execution including scripting, shooting, editing, animation and design tasks with direction and feedback
  • Organise assets such as footage, edits and project files to maintain team efficiency and consistency
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools and platform updates
  • Apply Hasbro’s brand voice, visual style and tone consistently across content
  • Support content goals by learning performance metrics and iterating based on feedback
  • Manage tasks and timelines effectively, flagging risks and seeking support to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity and ability to produce social content (personal work, student projects or placements accepted)
  • Interest or experience in creating social-first content
  • Exposure to organic social content and interest in paid social media
  • Familiarity with editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and/or mobile tools (e.g. CapCut, Edits), with a willingness to learn
  • Organised approach to managing tasks and deadlines without compromising quality
  • Proactive and thoughtful mindset
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning new tools, formats and workflows
  • Effective communicator able to share ideas clearly, accept feedback and collaborate
  • Genuine desire to build knowledge and connect with the stories and communities Hasbro serves

Program Details

  • Interview Timeline: February – April
  • Internship Dates: Early June (target 8 June) to Late August (target 21 August)
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Compensation: Hourly rate between £22.00 and £29.00, depending on year in school, degree programme and location; final rate communicated during offer process
  • Location: Hasbro’s Capper Street office, London
