Role Description

As Teamhead (m/f/d) Social Media and Digital Marketing, you will lead a dedicated team of Social Media Managers and Social Media Editors. You will coordinate the creative and strategic activities of your team, ensure smooth project workflows and motivate colleagues to develop innovative approaches. You will be responsible for the digital channels of our clients, including well-known companies such as Schöfferhofer, AOK Niedersachsen, Jever and ADAC.

You will contribute your creative ideas to campaign planning and other projects, support the team with your expertise and advise our clients on key questions regarding social media and digital communication. Your confident navigation through all relevant digital media builds trust and significantly contributes to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team, maintaining composure even in stressful situations.
• Initiate, plan, manage and control projects, combining creativity with forward-looking planning.
• Present team successes jointly with clients and achieve the best results through collaboration.
• Act as the central contact person for social media and digital communication for both team and clients.
• Develop client-specific campaigns and annual strategies together with your team.
• Implement strategies, support your team during execution and analyse results to derive valuable learnings.
• Inspire your team with regular trend research and explore new opportunities in the diverse world of digital media.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in social media, digital marketing or a similar field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally represent the agency externally.
• Fluent and confident written and spoken German; business fluent English communication skills.
• A trendsetter with an eye for new and creative solutions and the ability to empathise with different target groups.
• Proficient in social networks, common project management tools and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
