Overview
We are seeking a TikTok Creator & Affiliate Manager to lead the outreach, onboarding, and performance management of TikTok creators and affiliates across multiple direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. The role involves building a network of TikTok creators to drive sales through TikTok Shop, generate high-quality user-generated content (UGC), and support client growth via affiliate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Onboarding: Identify, contact, and onboard TikTok creators to join the affiliate network and promote client products.
- TikTok Shop Management: Manage setup and coordination of TikTok Shop affiliate links, product selection, commission setup, and creator approvals.
- Affiliate Growth: Scale gross merchandise value (GMV) through TikTok creators by building relationships and encouraging repeat promotion of successful products.
- UGC Management: Source UGC creators for paid social briefs and ensure content delivery on time and within specifications.
- Creator Matching: Match creators with appropriate brands and products to maximise performance.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance using GMV dashboards, commission data, and TikTok Shop analytics; identify top performers and new opportunities.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with Paid Social and Creative teams to provide fresh creator content and affiliate feedback.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on TikTok trends, new affiliate tools, viral content formats, and creator monetisation updates.
Person Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok influencer, affiliate, or creator management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, GMV tracking, and affiliate backend systems.
- Experience managing creator communications, contracts, briefs, and performance tracking.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to identify high-quality content and predict performance based on platform trends.
- Clear written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Desirable: Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Afluencer, and TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM).
