Job Description

Contract: Full-time
Location: Cheltenham, United Kingdom
Salary: Not Specified
Company: Superdry

Overview

Superdry is a British, founder-led brand with a global presence and a mission to become the No. 1 sustainable style destination. For nearly two decades, we’ve been delivering iconic, high-quality, and authentic fashion — blending British design with global cultural influences.

We’re proud to serve a diverse community of customers and colleagues, united by creativity, individuality, and purpose. Our focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and culture is at the core of everything we do — and we’re looking for people who share that vision to join our journey.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to drive and develop Superdry’s organic social media presence across Meta, TikTok, and X (Twitter). You’ll also play a key role in building and optimising new social initiatives and strengthening our influencer outreach programme.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with our in-house marketing, creative, and agency teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies — combining creativity with data-driven insight to enhance the brand’s social identity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Brand Marketing in delivering a cohesive organic social media strategy across global channels.
  • Plan and coordinate content with the Brand Creative Team to align with wider marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Oversee daily management of organic social media platforms, focusing primarily on Meta and TikTok.
  • Handle scheduling, boosting, and content optimisation across all organic channels.
  • Develop upper-funnel social strategy for brand communications — integrating organic and paid media.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure all paid social aligns with KPIs and campaign objectives.
  • Support the growth of our influencer outreach programme (both gifted and paid partnerships).
  • Create social-first content and attend photoshoots, events, and activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and audience growth, using data to refine strategy and execution.
  • Produce and deliver weekly and monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.

About You

  • Proven experience in social media management and influencer outreach (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of the fashion and retail landscape with an eye for creative excellence.
  • Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
  • Experience building influencer relationships and executing on-brand collaborations.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable social media briefs and strategies.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Sprinklr (or equivalent), Google Analytics, and Meta/TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong reporting and budget-tracking skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Passionate about creative storytelling, culture, and social-first innovation.

What You’ll Get

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy more.
  • An extra day off for your birthday.
  • Family-friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.
  • Company pension scheme and life assurance cover (2x–4x annual salary).
  • 50% staff discount in-store and online.
  • Access to our exclusive staff store with discounted sample stock.
  • Flexible working with core hours between 10am–4pm for better work-life balance.
  • Onsite parking with electric charging points.
  • Health cash plan and global employee assistance programme (confidential and free).
  • Cycle to Work Scheme and local business discounts across Gloucestershire.
  • Opportunities for learning, development, and volunteering days.

At Superdry, individuality is celebrated. Over 90% of our employees feel they can be themselves at work — and that’s something we’re proud of. We believe diverse perspectives fuel creativity and innovation, so we hire based on merit, potential, and personality.
